Each cottage has three rooms: 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living room, an equipped summer and winter kitchen, a bathroom, an open veranda with a beautiful view of the Charvak reservoir.

On the third floor of the hotel complex there is a restaurant "Café des Roses", a unique feature of which is a fabulously beautiful panoramic view of the Charvak reservoir and a summer veranda. The hotel's chef will offer you a wide range of dishes prepared with high quality, fresh and environmentally friendly products, as well as a wide selection of cocktails and elite drinks.
On the territory of "Avenue Park Hotel" there are 4 summer pools: 2 adults and 2 children, as well as a winter pool. The summer pool is a cozy space with comfortable modern sun loungers. A large swimming pool for adults 25x12 m, depth 1.6-1.8 m and a small pool for children 6x4 m, located next to the children's playground. The pools are equipped with filtration systems, heating and lighting. Indoor winter pool is located in the SPA-complex, in a hall with a huge panoramic window. The walls are adorned with nautical-style frescoes that add to the feel of an exotic beach. There is also a Finnish sauna, Russian bath and Turkish hammam.
There is a separate building of the Club, which houses a cinema, a conference room, a bar, a karaoke and a disco. There are also bars in the hotel complex and in the swimming pool.
