How to get a certificate of absence (presence) of a criminal record for citizens of Uzbekistan



According to the Cabinet of Ministers No. 797, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan can obtain a certificate of absence (presence) of a criminal record in two ways:


Through the Public Services Center

Come personally to the Public Services Center of your region. Residents of the city of Tashkent should come to the Center for the provision of public services in their area, and citizens living in other regions should contact the Centers under the Office of Justice located at the place of registration or the regional centers for the provision of public services.

When contacting the Public Services Center in person, you must have your passport and TIN with you. The Center staff will help you fill out the application correctly.

Through the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services (UPIPS)

Submit an online application on the UPIPS portal along with the required documents. The authorized body generates a certificate and sends it to the applicant in electronic form within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the application.

To submit an online application, you will need to register in the OneID system and have an electronic digital signature (EDS).

  • The cost of the service is 10% of the BDV
  • The cost of obtaining an EDS is 10% of BDV
